I plan on doing 15 crunches along with 10 sit-ups 3/7 days a week for 2 weeks.

In the course of 2 weeks i would preform 20 push-ups 3 times a day in the course of 4/7 days a week.

3- Min. Step-Ups
I will decrease my heart rate from 148 to 145 by running for 5 mins. followed by 20 jumping jacks every other day 4/7 days a week
