- Preforming 53 curl-ups on Sept. 10th 2013, I increased to my curl-ups to 75 on Oct. 2nd 2013. Completing a total of 31 push-ups on Sept. 10th 2013, I improved my count of push-ups to 40 on Oct. 2nd 2013. On Sept. 10th 2013, I completed 95 steps on the step test with a heart rate of 90 beats per minute, improving on Oct. 2nd 2013, I has a count of 96 steps with a heart rate of 90 beats per minute.
- In each category of the physical fitness test, I improved my results by training on my own time. Preforming 3 sets of 50 sit-ups twice per week, it helped me build my abdominal endurance. On my personal time i did 3 sets of 20 push-ups a week which improved my upper body endurance and strength. To increase my steps and decreasing my heart rate, I did 10 jumping jacks then running for 1 minute at full speed 3 times in the process of once per week.
- On my push-up test i tried my best because my determination to increase my upper body muscles was my fuel for doing my best, although I could increase my reps to 4 sets. Even though I didn't try my best on the curl-ups because i thought it was easy, I could improve it by taking it seriously and pushing for more curl-ups. I tried my best on the step-ups because it was the hardest out of the three exercises, I could improve the results from my last test by controlling my breathing a lot more.
